Devonna is a Seattle native with a passion for big, beautiful hair. Since 2018, she has honed her skills in men and women’s services. Devonna specializes in long hair care, length preservation, and thinning hair solutions. With a knack for color, she loves to bring out the best in her clients with balayage, highlighting, and blonding. She is also known for her stunning updos and her ability to create the perfect look for any occasion.
When not working hair magic she loves to spend time boating, traveling and making art.

Marina - Stylist
Marina has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2010. Marina has had a passion for hair and make up for as long as she can remember. Born and raised on the east coast, she spent the first eight years of her career behind the chair before leaving to follow a lifelong dream of becoming a runway/editorial artist.
Since 2016 she has traveled in and out of New York City to major cities across the US, Canada, & London working with top designers and leading hair and make up runway teams for a total of 14 seasons at New York Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week bridal, Miami swim week and London fashion week. Touring with designers such as Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton and Oscar De La Renta to name a few.
Marina recently switched gears in pursuit of another long-term dream, to drive across the country and relocate to Seattle. Ready to step back and behind the chair and share her knowledge with new guests. She has a passion for bringing ideas to life and assisting others in overcoming hair challenges and discovering their true beauty. Specializing in hair transformations, pixie cuts, and working with natural texture. She has an advocate for clean beauty and a firm believer that what we put on our bodies as equally as important as we put in our bodies.
Bambi - Stylist
Bambi has been in the hair business since 2005. Starting out with Aveda, she quickly learned that being in a creative environment where you could be yourself was going to serve her right. She has taken every class offered to her including classes with Bumble and Bumble founder Howard McLaren and extensive color training at The Wella Global studio in Calabasas, California.
She feels learning is forever and it keeps you inspired and has spent much of her career being an educator including writing curriculum and training other educators. Bambi specializes in men's cutting including short fades with clippers, razor cuts and dimensional coloring and aims to create cuts and colors that grow out seamlessly.
A Greenwood resident for the last 17 years, she loves getting out and walking in her community with her family and dog they hope to be foster parents to animals in need in the near future. Any vacation Bambi and her family takes has to include water in some way-swimming pool, ocean view or lake time is essential, and according to her son, wine.
Jessie - Stylist
Jessie has been in Seattle since 2014 after moving up here from the Bay Area. Jessie’s been doing hair since high school where she attended a cosmetology school as well. She loves cutting all types of hair. Jessie is great at layered, shaggy hair, and some lovely fringe. Jessie is a former advanced men’s cutting educator and is a certified organic colorist. She can cut shorter hairstyles like nobody’s business, as well as razor cuts, including the newest, hottest shags. She has a lot of experience with highly textured and curly hair.
Her spare time is spent listening to music, hanging with her cats, cooking, crafting and gardening. She enjoys city life in Seattle as much as exploring the surrounding area. She’s ready to get back to helping people look and feel good after the closure!
Gia - Stylist
Gia has been a hair stylist and educator for over 15 years. She began her career working at a top salon in downtown Seattle. After a number of years behind the chair, her passion for education lead her to pursuing and receiving an instructors license. She became a full time instructor at the Aveda Institute. As a valued instructor, Gia continued her education by attending cutting and coloring classes and traveling to hair shows.
Connecting with her clients, making them feel good about themselves, and tailoring their hair to suit their lifestyle is her favorite part of the job.
Born and raised on the Eastside, Gia now lives in Magnolia where she spends her time with her family, loves cooking and planning their next adventure.
Tara - Salon Owner & Stylist
Tara’s fate in the beauty industry was sealed when she cut all of her Barbie dolls’ hair at the age of ten. In 2009, she founded Hazel Salon & Organics to share her passion for eco-conscious, natural, and organic beauty care. In the last decade, Hazel has grown to be a nationally-recognized, award-winning salon. As a salon owner, Tara strives to be at the forefront of the green beauty movement and offers the most innovative and sustainable options to her clients.
As a stylist and educator, Tara has trained and worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy, Redken NY, Andre Nitze and the American Board Of Certified Haircolorists, as well as Kim Vo, Beth Minardi, and many more. She has been the Northwest Regional Educator for Organic Color Systems and is a Certified Organic Colorist.
Tara specializes in natural blended and soft multi-tonal color, low-maintenance color looks, and balayage. Tara's favorite services are pixie cuts, bangs, and shaggy razor cuts. Outside the salon, Tara spends time with her daughter and three dogs, as well as giving back to the community. Most recently, she volunteered with the Cambodian Children’s Fund, an organization working to provide lasting generational change for impoverished children and their families
Katy - Esthetician
Katy has been a licensed esthetician since 2007 and studied at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute. Skin care and working with people are both of interest to Katy, this lead her to a career in esthetics. Katy has certifications in advanced body sugaring, as well as Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Hylauron Pen, Fibroblast Plasma Pen, and chemical skin peels. She has attended classes by Aveda, Rhonda Allison, Image Skin Care, and the International Dermal Institute. Katy's specialties include speed sugaring, threading and customized skin care treatments. Her favorite services to perform are brazilian and brow sugaring, as well as treatment facials and peels. Katy likes to spend time traveling, exploring Seattle's restaurant and bar scene, as well as attending theater and Mariner's games.
