Important BOOKING noteS
Please book for your current hair length, not your desired length. Short is above the ears, medium is ear to the collar bone, and long is below the collar bone. If the wrong length is booked, there is a chance we will need to reschedule for timing purposes.
You will receive an email confirming your appointment was booked. If you do not receive a confirmation by our next business day, please give us a call.
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children under 12 with you to your service appointment.
Please respect our time as we respect yours and provide us with at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. For information about our cancellation policy, please call or email us. Please keep in mind we are closed Sunday and Monday. To cancel or change a Tuesday or Wednesday appointment please contact us by Saturday afternoon.
